Welcome to Cherokee Brick

The heritage of brick construction dates back to ancient times, forming the foundation to notable structures throughout human history. Cherokee Brick is proud to carry on the tradition laid by generations of brickmakers in delivering construction solutions that will withstand the test of time. Founded in 1877, Cherokee Brick has sought product innovation as a professional hallmark,

continually refining our production and laying processes to fit and enhance nearly any application. Back then, we only produced a single crude type of brick, but we now have the capability to manufacture over 100 different varieties from our Georgia and Mississippi plants. Our capacity has similarly expanded, allowing us to meet the demands of customers hailing from diverse industries nationwide.

For inimitable style and indomitable durability, choose Cherokee Brick for your new home, renovation or commercial project.

The Most Sustainable Green Building Material Made

The Green Revolution is taking the world by storm, which is why more and more people are using brick for their construction projects. Not only does brick help homeowners and businesses save money on their energy consumption, but it can be used as part of a comprehensive green strategy because it includes:

Natural Ingredients

Brick is naturally sustainable due to the abundance of its main ingredients, clay and shale.

Countless Recycling Options

More than just a building material, brick has a built-in market for recycled use. Brick can be recycled into new brick, crushed for sub-base materials, and chipped for permanent landscaping mulch.

Minimal Waste & Environmentally Friendly Manufacturing Processes

At Cherokee Brick, our clay mixture is never wasted. Nearly all of our clay material is consumed at some point during our manufacturing process. Anything left over can be reused or converted into other products.

Our kilns run on both natural and methane gas. For decades, Cherokee has piped methane gas from the local landfill to use as fuel in our kilns.
